What a great time we had on World Book Day, celebrating our love of books and reading.
Across the month, we’ve been celebrating the love of reading through activities in class, new books in the classrooms, and dressing up as our favourite characters! Our pupils chose a book they wanted to talk about, wrote lovely pieces describing the characters and the story lines, as well as completing some beautiful drawings.
Well done to our pupils. Reading is one of the most important things a child can do, and we encourage our pupils to read as regularly as it is possible.
